I  believe that every homeowner should have the opportunity to build their dream home, whether it be a small scale or a large scale home. I started my business because I love the home building process, but more than that I wanted to be able to walk my clients through the process from day one of groundbreaking until completion. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than to guide and assist my clients throughout the exciting journey of their very own dream home. 

 

I learned early on from working as a teenager hands on in the construction business that being able to start with nothing and seeing the end product was a passion for me. This opportunity helped me to gain a hard working ethic and to take pride in all that I do.  Later on, I was able to take that knowledge and share those same desires with people in the custom home industry. I have spent over a decade establishing this goal by going above and beyond to ensure that each homeowner walks through their front door for years to come loving every aspect of their home. Because I believe coming home to a Ryan Lorance Custom Home should be the best part of your day. 

 

Being able to build in the communities that I grew up in and now live in is something I am thankful for. I have raised my family here and in the Middle Tennessee area and will continue to support this area. I have been married to my wife, Jaime for 23 years and we have two children whom are now in college. My son Rylan is attending Rhodes College and my daughter, Kinsley is at Tennessee Tech University.
